“The driver or team person called and wanted to deviate from the scheduled day. My daughter told them to arrive on the scheduled day and time frame indicated on the order. Upon the scheduled day they did sucessfully pick up all items on the order.”

“nice folks, just very busy and missed a day. hard workers. when pick up delayed, a phone call would have helped to reschedule. Got the job done though.”
