Pickup was fine. The guys were polite and friendly and called when they were 45 minutes away.
My disappointment comes from the fact that we had a specific day and time selected for pickup and LoadUp called and cancelled and rescheduled.
This delay caused issues and I had to cancel my plans and reschedule other appointments. There was no discount offered for this delay either.
