“Excellent. I had three very large and very heavy bookcases. They disassembled the shelves and the carried these bookcases carefully down a winding stairway. Great friendly and thought people who did this expertly. Highly recommend this service. Far and above an other!”

“I scheduled the pick up 24 hours before, and they were able to accomodate my request regarding timing of the pickup, since I was in a time crunch. I know it's not always possible for companies to be exact because of the route, so I greatly appreciated it. It was also great that they were open on Sunday, since not all hauling companies do. Driver was nice and very professional. The whole experience was fast and seamless.”

“Took a couple of re-schedules because it was the weekend, but they came within 24 hours of the original agreement. They stayed in touch with updates the entire time. Luis and his partner were professional, friendly, and courteous. Very good service.”

“I am happy with the furniture taken from the front of the house, and the first room and the small room - granted I was working with them. The last larger room,. I went up to look at and close a window, and a lot of stuff that I had said was to go is still there. Granted I don't see how they got all of the stuff on their truck / trailer. But in particular one item was a file cabinet that I told them they'd probably have to empty out. I'm afraid it's going to fall through a weak place in the floor onto my hot water heater.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I scheduled a junk removal appointment and they didn’t show up at the agreed-upon time. They rescheduled for the next morning, but once again failed to arrive when promised—finally showing up close to 8 p.m. that evening. I understand delays can happen, but there was little communication or accountability throughout the process. The crew was polite once they arrived, but the lack of reliability made the overall experience frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for a company that values punctuality and clear communication.”
