“Called yesterday to schedule removal of a baby grand piano. It only took several minutes to schedule and the loaders came today for removal. Communication was great through the whole process and loaders were very respectful.”

“The first crew LoadUp sent was awful. Incomplete work, stumbling intoxicated(I could smell them upstairs when they were in the garage), didn't know how to do their jobs at all, and SHOWED BACK UP BANGING ON MY DOOR because they told the crew that we had made a complaint. We had to call LoadUp again to get them to leave. 0/10 I had to call at least five times to get taken care of, without a consistent point of contact. Took all day to get a new group sent out. The new crew was phenomenal. 10/10 They redid the work the prior crew had poorly done, listed everything without incident, and finished early. The disparity in service is terrifying, and I would hesitate greatly before using the service again, or recommending the service to anyone. We are 18 hrs behind schedule with a 48 hour van rental. Overall: Initial Crew 0/10 Customer Service: 8/10 The guy who TOLD THE CREW ABOUT OUR COMPLAINT: 0/10”

“Upon moving our mother suddenly into hospice, we needed to clear our her room at the memory care facility she called home. LoadUp have is an excellent out-the-door quote with no hidden fees for the following day. They would have come the same day but we called fairly late. The service was excellent: friendly, professional, swift and thorough. I'm so grateful I found them!”

“everything went fine, JOHN who delivered and put together the bed was excellent in doing so and very polite which was very much appreciated ! i had a very good night sleep after sleeping in a chair recliner a few nights waiting for my awesome adjustable bed to come !! you have a very pleased customer here enjoying every minute of the NECTAR BED and LOADUP services....thank you..”

“Great experience - scheduled a pickup two days out and Kyle showed up on time, friendly and on time. I have used several trash pick up company’s in the past ( being in the construction industry) the ease and schedule puts this company on top!”

“Great website describing their wide variety of services. A pick up date was easily scheduled. I was kept informed by text on updates. Carlos arrived as agreed to. He quickly disassembled the furniture legs and moved it out of my home into the truck. Carlos was very professional and friendly! I will highly recommend LoadUp company.”

“The former owner of our new home had left several cans of old paint in the garage. Load Up hauled it away for us, and actually recycled it by donating it to a community project. They were on time and very efficient. I highly recommend them!”
