“Team came within an hour of the appointment. They worked all day with @2 hrs to go to the dump. They were not able to complete the job in one day. They came back the next day and finished. The team worked without stopping in extreme heat conditions. My only disappointment was that they didn’t clean up the dirt and debris that was left over(ie dirt,paper,plastic,etc). It means either I will need to do it or hire someone else to finish the job. That is why I hired Loadup in the first place. After all cleanup means cleanup.”

“LoadUp was awesome. It felt great seeing the old Sleep Number bed being removed. Kevin and Paul were very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. They installed the new bed and I can’t wait to go to sleep tonight and try it. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They know their stuff and did a great job. Thank you”

“For a single item it was very quick and easy. Best part is I got a price online and didn't have someone come to my house to give a quote like their competitors wanted to. I just needed a couch removed, booked for the next day, and they came to pick it up. With their outside pickup option I didn't even have to be home. A smooth and easy process.”

“The entire process was super easy! From getting the quote to actual pick up was less than 24 hours! Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. I will definitely use again when the need arises. They picked up 4 window units, 1 65” flat screen, and two sectional pieces. Highly recommend!”

“Neal was great. He contacted me first thing in the morning to let me know his schedule and kept in touch as the timing changed a little. He got the huge floppy mattress out of the house without banging into any walls, and got the new bed set up beautifully. I give him high marks.”

“The driver(Reuben) and the other loader were fantastic. They loaded things that I thought would never fit through the small spaces in my home with NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. Reuben was very reassuring and positive. The reason for 4 stars was the inability to speak directly to a human customer assistant right away when I had to reschedule. AI??😔 VERY FRUSTRATING. The # to press for other help on menu rang for 6 minutes and I hung up. But when they finally did help me they were great. So the employees were excellent. LOAD UP CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT needs to improve.”
