“The LoadUp employee, Thaddeus, was very prompt, friendly, and efficient. The old mattress was gone and the new one set up in almost no time. I was also very happy that the old (clean) mattress would go to a shelter rather than a landfill, and the copious plastic wrapping would be recycled.”

“Great experience from the moment I called. Thorough, polite, accommodating, up front pricing, reasonable pricing, picked up items that other companies refused. The guys that picked up my furniture were extremely respectful, prompt, and caring (concerned about not ruining my floors, walls etc, therefore, they took time to bring down the items , FYI (52 steps in my home.) Awesome experience!!!!”
