“Everything was great after the loaders arrived. No complaints about anything. The only negative was they arrived 1hr 44min late. I was notified at the time they were supposed to arrive that they would be late due to a flat tire in route.”

“A great experience. On time. Great communication and a set price. There was never even a hint of a conversation that always starts with "Oh, we have to charge more for that." The price was the price. I'm happy to recommend them and they will certainly be my first call if needed in the future.”

“The guys that picked up my junk couch were awesome, very polite and even when they had to move a heavy piece of furniture out of the way they asked me where I would like it, they didn’t have to do that. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of scheduling. I originally had it scheduled the day before but the called last minute to reschedule next day, I had to take time off again to be there in that 4 hour window.”

“Anthony, our LoadUp person, was fantastic! Communicated with me throughout the day re arrival time, was efficient and thorough and extremely nice! And prior to this, LoadUp communicated with me clearly and thoroughly to arrange the appointment (which was for a new mattress/box spring setup and takeaway of old). Altogether, my experience w LoadUp was PERFECT. They did everything they said they’d do, when they said they’d do it, and they did it perfectly. Highly recommend!”
