“I had the worst experience with this company. They are only offering me a 50% refund. They never picked up the mattress another company did and they are only offering me a 50% refund saying that I canceled when they clearly shared my information with someone I only booked one pick up. I would never do business with such a company that seems like a scam and now I am out $57 .”

“I called "Load Up" because I had some furniture items needing recycling, repurposing or discarding. I checked a few places; "Load Up" gave me a price and schedule that worked well for me. I booked online, and received email, text, and phone call reminders leading up to the movers arriving, Alex and another Gentleman, he gave his name but I can't remember, (my apologies to the man); arrived during the scheduled arrival time window. They assessed the furniture items, and engaged in brief, friendly conversation to build rapport during the time they were at task. One they finished, I signed a statement saying the items were picked up in satisfactory manner, and I bid them farewell. If you need furniture items removed by a great crew, give Load Up a try. I'm glad I did !”
