“Elias and Kevin were right on time and very proficient and skilled in assembling mattress and base and insuring all worked; also very personable and so considerate and helpful in moving items which I couldn’t do to prepare for the delivery (as due for back surgery next week). So anppreciated their help annd anttitude. Outstanding service!”

“Load up picked up my mattress that is getting returned to the manufacturer. The person who picked up the mattress dragged the corner of the mattress across the pavement. I worry that we will not receive a full refund for the mattress due to damage. Does LoadUp cover the cost of the damage if a full refund is denied?”

“Superior service! Communication with staff was excellent upon placing order. Ask for Evan, Mary or Chris for listing items and receiving estimate. The gentlemen who arrived for removal were extremely polite, efficient and very solicitous to protect walls and ceiling. They left my basement swept and clean. Highly recommend this company.”
