“Fernando and his assistant worker very hard removing furniture from a full house removal. They worked carefully taking furniture apart and loading the truck. This company was easy to work with, fair price and great communication. I totally recommend LoadUp!”

“Thought I was getting a turn key load out. Load out asked for and received 2 separate batches of photos. Was very clear this will be 2 story house of a hoarder. Needed a FULL clean out. Crew was suppose to arrive on Tuesday 8am till 8 pm. Went thru 3 crews to get this done over a 5 day period. Crew came late and left early everyday. I had to negotiate additional funds to get job completed. Guys on the crews were all very polite and respectful. I don’t think they knew what they were getting into. Load out is basically a brokerage company and they are definitely not in sink with the workers…”

“Easy to arrange, great communication throughout the process. I knew exactly what it was going to cost and had a window of time. The window narrowed on the date of pick up. I was informed when the driver was on his way and when he arrived. Michael and Jose were polite, and careful as they moved things through my home. This is my second time using LoadUp. I will use them again if I have the need.”

“The 2-man loading team was very nice and professional, but they were not given adequate equipment to move an upright piano. The only dolly that they had, had a broken wheel on it and it put approximately a 3' scratch in my wood flooring in the living room. They struggled with the piano for close to an hour, from my sunroom to their trailor. I felt soooo sorry for them, they should have been equipped with the right working equipment to move such a heavy piece. I have my house on the market and told them they need to be careful of the flooring (whole house is wood flooring) and please keep in mind, I don't blame the guys, I blame their company for not providing the equipment they needed. I do not recommend this company, and I know they probably won't address this issue anyway.”

“One showed, the other a bit late. New mattress as shipped was unpacked and the sides had pulled threads same as the one we had replaced. Top was "loose", not snug in place, leaving a couple wrinkles on the surface. Not what we'd expect from a $2300 mattress and certainly not what we'd expect for a mattress replaced for specified problems, and the replacement showing up with similar problems and a new one. The crew broke a wall power plate, but did bring back a replacement (although the size and pattern were different than what was broken). They wrestled the old mattress down and outside, then up on top of a small car tying it down. Not equipped to haul mattresses, IMHO. The mattress removed was quite dirty after hauling out, dragging on the lawn, etc. Overall, they got the job done but we're quite disappointed with the replacement, especially noting it was replacing one for certain defects and the new having actually more problems with defects. Your quality control is desperately lacking. Scale of 1-10 for quality construction gets about a 5. Overall, quite disappointed.”
