“Easy to book. Great communication. I have used LoadUp twice. Once in Fort Worth TX and now Canton GA. Each time the communication with the driver was excellent. I appreciated knowing where they were along the route. Folks were super friendly and efficient.”

“Our LoadUp crew of Elias and Kevin were fantastic in clearing out my fathers' house. They worked tirelessly and professionally and they kept me informed. I would welcome them anytime in the future should I need their services again. Highly recommend LoadUp's service. I went from being overwhelmed to "hey they got this" very quickly. “The drivers/movers barely spoke English. They had to rearrange the items in the truck just to fit my items in, which took a long time. I saw them throwing the items in the snow, despite my request to attempt to donate the items, which would require them to be in good condition. It took over an hour to load 3 items, even though nothing required disassembly. A frustrating experience, but I guess that's what you get when you go with a cheaper company. I won't be using them again.”

“I asked for an am delivery as I had an appointment in the afternoon. The driver replied he’d be there about noon. At 1:45 I called to tell him I had to leave and would reschedule. He replied he could be there at 4. He finally arrived about 5 pm. Screwed up my whole day”

“The loader wanted.to be there an hour and 1/2 hrs earlier than scheduled. I CONTACTED him and told him that wasn't possible. He was not happy about it; I.could tell. My daughter and friend are.new.to the area as of today. My daughter said they acted irritated/ and they complained when they carried the mattress upstairs. 😒 They were done within 40 minutes(I paid for 2 hrs although I told the guy I originally spoke/scheduled with that I didn't think it would take over an hour) and left. Having someone helped the young women, of course but, my daughter did not tip them because of their attitudes.”
