“Load up were prompt, kept in touch until arrival. Luke the pickup gentleman was polite, efficient and very respectful. Apart from the price which was a lot for me LoadUp would get more than 10/10. If needed I would choose them again just hope I don’t have to!!!🤣🤣👍”

“I am very pleased with this service, I booked the appointment the day before and they made it incredibly easy to do. I got various follow up emails with the information and confirmation I needed. Overall very easy to deal with, definitely recommend if you need any furniture removed.”

“One guy showed up with a pickup truck. I knew he wouldn't be able to get all the items I had PAID for in advance. He said he would come back to get the rest. He did not come back or contact me. I paid a local business and they came to do the job. So I paid twice for the same job. A sofa and 5 bags of trash.”
