“The loaders were here right when they said they would be. They were very nice, polite, and personable. Very quickly they loaded up our couch and got it out the door….no problem at all. We will definitely use them again, and we highly recommend LoadUp! You will not be disappointed.”

“Easy to get quote and book but the communication is sub par. I wasn’t sure if this was really confirmed until morning of pickup. I asked for a 8-12window and they said at 11:15am they were on their way to me. But the item wasnt picked up until around 1:30pm. My guess is they didn’t drive 2 hours to get to me, they say they’re on the way so they can still claim they hit the 8-12 window. Guys were professional enough but I asked if it was possible to add an item to the order but they pretty much ignored me. Not sure they spoke English.”
