“The online communication was spot on, and the two men from Terre Haute IN who picked up my items were polite and respectful. Angel and Wyatt were very nice men. They were professional from the moment I opened the door. One small item was broken, but it isn’t a big deal.”

“While the ordering process was quite streamlined and the order representative was very friendly and helpful, in the end we were disappointed with the professionalism of the Loaders who showed up. They had not brought their own packing materials and asked for boxes and plastic bags to load things up. They wrapped items in bundles using the bedding and other fabric materials we were asking to be donated. Their demeanor did not give us fully confidence that these materials would be actually donated to a charity.”

“Abiel and his colleague were both friendly and mindful of our home as they managed to move my very heavy upright piano from our garage into the living room. I was concerned that weren't going to be able to, but they managed to do it! I will definitely recommend LoadUp should someone need their services! Thank you, LoadUp!”

“My scheduled pickup window was between 12-4p but the loader assigned to me didn’t show up until 9:30p. Only one loader showed up, so I ended up helping him bring all of my items down to the truck. For how much I paid for this pickup, I expected them to be relatively on time.”
