“Everything was super smooth! Easy scheduling, clear pricing and the texts letting me know when the load up person was on their way. It was a little more expensive than others but the option to try and donate + not having to wait days for responses made it worth it.”

“Shahzel and his wife were absolutely fantastic! They faced the monumental task of removing a heavy, old mattress from three levels and made it look effortless. They navigated the difficult stairs with impressive strength and professionalism, handling the removal seamlessly. They then installed the new mattress quickly and with ease. I highly recommend them for any such job with efficiency—they are true professionals!”

“My experience was better than I expected. He was polite and respectful as well as answering my questions. The work was very hard moving things from a 3rd floor apartment into the elevator and out to the truck. Not one accidental bump or knock on any doorway or wall. “Excellent and easy booking. Got texts when driver was en route. Mustafa and Dennis were friendly, professional and worked well together to move a few things around the house. They moved a big recliner downstairs and made sure it worked. Great job and will use LoadUp again. Thanks.”

“Excellent service yet again! If you are considering using this service I think you will be very pleased if you decide to do so. Phone calls and texts are returned very quickly, and the staff is so helpful. The folks actually loading up the stuff and hauling it away are also so pleasant as well as so capable. I will be using them again.”
