“my service was rescheduled twice, so that was very disappointing and inconvenient. The team that finally arrived were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. They did an outstanding job. I will definitely use LoadUp again. Hopefully not get rescheduled next time. Otherwise this review would have been a 5 Star.”

“We had a great experience with Load Up. We had lots of tiles from a floor that they picked up and hauled away. The date and time set was adhered to and on schedule. We appreciated them keeping us informed that morning of sn accurate arrival time. We will use them again if we need a pick up of any kind.”

“Was given 8-12 as the arrival window. Your workers showed at 12:30. Communication could have been better…...asked for an ETA at 8:30 and non given until 30 minutes before arrival. Workers truck leaked oil on driveway.”

“I don't know that I would use this company again. What's worse for the company is? I don't know that I would recommend them to friends or family. I had paid what I thought to be a hefty price to have an old bed and box springs to be hauled away and a new bed assembled. LoadUp's employee took the old bed but did not assemble the new bed. I was made to sleep on the couch that night because the company couldn't get anyone out. I slept horribly. The company made perfuse apologies and then rescheduled me for the next day. On both days, I waited from 12:00 to 4:00. After 4:00 p.m. on the second day the company still could not still find independent contractors in the area. They had to send for an assembler that was 2 hours away and the job didn't get done until 8:00 p.m on the second night. At the very least, if the company couldn't find contractors, I should have been told this, so I could have scheduled the service at a later date.”
