“Terrible customer service. Placed online order and payment taken immediately. Within an hour I needed to modify the order but no customer service available, so I cancelled. I tried calling multiple times, requested a call back and never received it. You can't speak to anyone on the phone, only via text thread or email. They charge a 20% cancellation fee, even though no services or action has been rendered except for what occurred on the back-end of their online platform. It's an unfair and greedy business practice. I disputed the charges and received an email saying they give a 15-minute grace period to cancel, but that's not stated anywhere on their website. When I queried this (all via email) they confirmed they don't list it out. Reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.”

“load Up was very prompt in responding with my request for pickup and in answering my questions. The individual, Rob, who was assigned to the pickup arrived on time, was courteous and efficient in removing the items that needed to be removed. This is the second time I have used LoadUp and have been very pleased with their service and attention towards making an uncomplicated experience. Would definitely use their services again.”

“I needed someone to remove a baby grand piano and no one wanted to take on the job except Load up. The men arrived within the time window and although it was a tough task for two people to lug a 600 lb piano out to their truck, they accomplished it in less than an hour and kept a positive attitude the entire time. Will definitely use LoadUp again.”
