“Find a different service! The customer service lady was ghetto and began huffing and puffing when I requested a new loader, as the original loader said they could not make it until 4-8PM, although I was scheduled for 8AM-12PM. The terms and conditions are not presented to you until AFTER you pay for the order. They then want to charge a 50% fee for refunds. Do yourself a favor and skip this logistical nightmare and schedule a local provider directly.”

“They were accommodating, friendly and professional. Communication was excellent. LoadUp basically stepped in and saved a delivery/setup situation that had been botched by a competitor outfit. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat!”

“Did a great job taking away my large soda. I will definitely use them for my next removal of things I need to get rid of, or have them give to charity.”

“Really great follow up from LoadUp. They were able to accommodate my schedule and their price was fair. I was introduced to my loaders, Ruben Mendoza and his father who were wonderful and careful. LoadUp kept me informed of their progress. I can't say enough about the company and its staff.”

“The Wzye and LoadU staff were professional, courteous, and passionate about executing the work request to de-install my Wzye Solar Panel. Mr. Sam, the independent de-installation contractor, was instrumental in supporting the team's mission.”

“We had an entire house cleaned out, plus a swingset taken down, so while they took extra time, it was based off of photos, which would have been hard to estimate. It was my parent's home, so when I took the photo of the rafters in the garage, I had no idea it hid so much more junk behind, what I thought was just old sleeping bags. Despite the extra work, Desiree and Shawn were amazing, hardworking, and eager to please.”
