“It was very easy to set up and the customer service is great. Not a 5 for two reasons: 1- Driver was late and didn’t call, and 2- I maybe foolishly believed that they try to donate stuff, but the driver told me it was going straight to the dump. (This was large furniture in New York City— might be different elsewhere)”

“Booking was simple and I needed a sectional gone before delivery of my new furniture and everything ran fine and on time. Communication could be a bit better perhaps with what you see online as far as the status but my experience was just fine and the loaders were on time and very polite.”

Furthermore, they opened a text thread with me and we communicated back-and-forth to lockdown the details and answer any additional questions. I felt like they were very responsive, and very helpful. My removal took place in the timeframe. I scheduled it. The team assigned to come get the mattress communicated very well with me and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend LoadUp .”

“Absolute worthless company. One piece of a couch and not even a full section drug across my wood floor. 8 foot scratch right before I am planning to list the house… all they can say is sorry. Worthless help They could offer to polish the floor but nothing.”
