“I received a text from LoadUp the day I was confirmed to have helpers sometime between 8am and 12. The text indicated that my job was outside the limits of LoadUp service. I had explained the job several times with pictures and had paid and received confirmation. So I was freaked out that they were not going to show. In the end they made it right and I did get a very nice team to help me with my job at 5 pm. Alls well that ends well!”

“Fast response (next day arrival). Showed up in time window as arranged, and called prior to arrival to let me know on the way. Guys were polite, courteous, and did a great job. Very pleased with service and I recommend them highly!”

“The loadup team was quick to help me with two quotes for two office closures. The pricing was fair and the ability to set up an appointment quickly is awesome! I had issues with receiving quotes and setting up an appointment with several other vendors and LoadUp made it SO easy. “Outstanding job. There were a lot of complications on my end abut scheduling, no fault of LoadUp. They were completely flexible and accommodating, and were excellent communicators, really terrific customer service. The driver was great, came on time, was efficient and friendly too. And all reasonably priced. This is the only company I will call if I need hauling services.”
