“I was very happy and please with the service technician. Raúl, who came to synchronize my adjustable bed frame. He did pair the two remote controls, but this synchronization was not able to be accomplished due to a faulty main box that’s not working. He provided a diagnostic of what was wrong with the adjustable bed frame. This way I can call the company Nectar. so that they can take care of handling the issue. I highly recommend this LoadUp for any issues with your new furniture or electronics.”

“I was really impressed with the quickness of the items being loaded into the trailer. They did an amazing job and got all the stuff loaded so fast. They made it look effortless and were very friendly as well. I will definitely be using LoadUp again if needed.”

“I was given a quote in writing of $139 but when they emailed my receipt after the pick-up was completed they charged me $154!! Will not recommend this company. Too dishonest for my taste.”

“On time, friendly, tidy, and true to agreed upon price. I wish— would pay more for— transparent commitment to repurposing, recycling. I don’t know what will happen to the treadmill that was removed. I haven’t found a service that does that though and this was convenient and well priced.”

“Supposed to be here between 8-12 to get. couch and loveseat. Got her at FIVE THIRTY PM. (The people who came were nice and did what they were supposed to do. No explanation for being this late. I did not ask. I was furious by this time and just wanted my stuff OUT. I did treat them nicely.) Asked for refund of some sort from LoadUp. They told me no. NEVER AGAIN!! I am glad so many others had grat experiences. I definitely did NOT!”

“Super quick, efficient, and seamless experience — from excellent customer service when getting a quote and placing a request, to next-day pickup! Communication was easy and clear; loved getting texts noting when drivers were en route and when they were almost arriving. Well worth the cost. Highly recommend.”

“Very respectful and well mannered, showed up on time and was very fast and quick with loading everything that needed to be gone. If we ever need anything taken care of again we will definitely use them and refer them to people.”

“The guys were very professional and nice. Had a hard time with the couch at first but they figured it out. They were careful not to damage the couch while moving it to its destination. I recommend Travis and Austin highly.”
