“I am a first time customer. When I called Loadup for the first time, I spoke to Gel, who answered the phone. Her pleasant voice and handling my questions were awesome!! When asked about pricing, there were no hesitation and no recommendation to send someone out to review the items I wanted to remove. Gel gave me the price quickly. I especially, was happy to be able to schedule the pick-up the next day. When Loadup arrived today, the gentlemen were, professional, quick, and polite. I would highly recommend "Loadup" to all my friends and family. Very Happy Customer from Bedford, MA GO PATSS!!!!”

“Firstly, the gentleman who showed up was friendly and helpful. However, he was by himself and just about not able to load, w/no ramp, a bigger and more awkward item. Without a ramp, he should have had a second person. I saw the name Katie as the driver and thought he might have someone else with him. In the end he did a great job and I am happy to have that stuff gone! :-)”

“I had a five piece sectional that needed to go and didn’t know who to call. Found LoadUp via a Google search. Process was easy from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze, and pick up even more so. My loader, Veronica, was very friendly. I am pleased with my experience LoadUp.”

“Superior service! Communication with staff was excellent upon placing order. Ask for Evan, Mary or Chris for listing items and receiving estimate. The gentlemen who arrived for removal were extremely polite, efficient and very solicitous to protect walls and ceiling. They left my basement swept and clean. Highly recommend this company.”

“Negative: I'd give a low score because they should have put a blanket on my stairs to prevent scraping off the paint!! I should file complaint. They barely spoke English. Younger one did help me find the cu.ft of my old fridge. They were fast but I didn't get one simple positive vibe from them at all. Interactions leave a memorable impression. They barely spoke at all, is it a language barrier? They should have said, “sorry, we don’t speak English.” Oh well, I’m sure they are good employees. Could improve though.”

“My experience with LoadUp was amazing. From the ease of texting the info. and request, to receiving a quote within a day, to the amazing 2 gentlemen that came to pick up my furniture. They were extremely professional, courteous and treated my home like their own. Highly recommend to anyone and would definitely use again.”
