I was very impress with Catalina calm professional approach in sorting out the details on how they would be able to lift this heavy couch on to the truck with the light weight equipment they showed me and how easy the steps were to completion. The helper stood aside with no interruptions as Catalina explain the process. This team fully gave a good representation that was good for the company.
