First, I will say the customer service over the phone was professional and courteous. However, my order was LATE! My pick up date was originally due on the 20th of May, I received a call that the driver had a flat tire and would be there the next day, the 21st between 8-12. It is after 12 and no one has arrived nor has there been a phone call, text or email to inform me of the nearest time available for pick up.
This has not been a good experience for me! I would not recommend loadUp nor will I use them in the future.
