Loaders never showed on scheduled day. Which screwed us as we were getting photos done for house listing.
They asked to reschedule and that they would come back in two days. The next day they notified me they could not pick up for another week. All i needed was a washer and dryer picked up. Customer service didn’t seem to care at all.
