Items have been outside for 2 days now. The loaders called 2 hours ahead of schedule which resulted in a missed pick up on the original day. By the time I woke up and saw that they attempted to reach me and to give them the right phone number, dispatch already told them to move on to the next pick up. Dispatch is not trying to understand that their lack of following rules would’ve resulted in my items not being picked up even if my phone number was correct. They state that the confirmation call will happen 30 minutes in advance, but then they actually call you way earlier than that. My pick up was scheduled at 12pm and they were set to arrive at 11am. There is no way to talk to an actual person over the phone so trying to get support is long and drawn out. The service does not make me feel welcome and it has further cemented that I will never use this company again. I feel like they just took my money and now I’m at the mercy of when they decide they want to send a team to pick up my items. The pick up got rescheduled to a different day and they are trying to say that there is no guarantee that the items will get picked up on the rescheduled date either. Do not use this service, there are better companies out there that actually care about their customers experience.
