Scheduled pickup from 12-4 today. Went online to see status and now it says my window was 8am-8pm.
Who would ever agree to that?!
Impossible to reach anyone by phone and nobody replied to my text. Worst reliability of any company. Seems I'm not alone, judging from the reviews. Never again.
