The $1,949 mattress I purchased on 18 December 2021 is still, as of 21 January, sitting in its box downstairs. I paid Avocado Green for the In-Home Delivery and Setup, White Glove service, to set up the mattress and remove the old mattress. On 23 December I received an email from Avocado stating that there was a Curbside Downgrade, i.e. they could deliver the mattress but not complete the pre-paid setup and removal. But no worries! They have other service providers, such as Go Load Up. Mattress was delivered on Friday 14 January, Go Load Up was supposed to come the same day. They cancelled and rescheduled…five more times. Avocado Green and Go Load Up have failed to live up to their obligation; this could be considered a breach of contract and could possibly result in legal action.
