This bad review is not the company’s fault, but the fault of the loader named James that no showed on the day of pick up and went unresponsive. The help center very kindly rescheduled for first thing the following morning, and to all of our surprise the same loader who no showed and went unresponsive the first day, accepted the job and was unresponsive the second day as well. The company canceled the order and gave me a full refund. It’s a shame that there are horrible contractors out there who accept a job on one end and refuse to actually follow through and go unresponsive. It’s unfortunate that I can’t rate the loader and company separate. But if anyone gets James (his voicemail just says JR) assigned to them for a pick up, call the help center and request a new loader, as James will not show and will not answer his phone.
