Originally, delivery scheduled for a 12 hour window. On day of service, expected a more targeted window. Instead, received a single morning text and then heard nothing at all from the company. At 6 pm I attempted to cancel by the provided chat link. Over 30 minutes, the company provided only a single response. Was notified 3 minutes before the end of the 12 hour window that the driver was on the way and then got a call from the driver 15 minutes later. No excuse for this kind of unprofessional lack of communication. Never again.
