I would give them no stars if I could: this was a complete waste of time. The booking was easy enough but they no-showed the job while making deceptive excuses along the way. The 'loader' was particularly rude and snarky via text message.
Save time by booking with an actual 'local' company with local operatives. Their guy started his day in Waco, ~90 miles away, and never got to the job site.
