No one showed up on the original pick up date. Had to call multiple times to even get a representative to pick up. The “chat with us” link on their site doesn’t work.
Got order rescheduled. No one showed up, again. Called the number on my ticket that was supposed to be the person picking up my couch, and was told that they no longer worked at the company.
This seems like a scam.
