Window was 12-4 and driver did not show up until after 7:00. We bought a house and the couch was over at our old APT so there was nothing for me to do but wait.
Complete waste of time.
If you use this service make sure whatever you are moving is at a location where you have other things to occupy your time because apparently they book so many clients in one day it is acceptable for them to show up 3 hours past your 4 hour window.
