Load Up was super easy to schedule. I do wish they would give a better pick up time. Mine was 8am - 8pm so I had to block the entire day. The morning of my scheduled pick up I texted and was told they would arrive between 3-4pm. They didn't show up until 6pm. Even there was a window of morning or afternoon that would be better. Jamille worked quickly and was very polite and professional and I will be using the services again.
