This was my first experience with LoadUp and it was definitely 5 stars. I received a confirmation text at the beginning of the day of service with the name of the loader. I texted him to let him know I was home and he immediately texted back with an ETA. About 30 minutes prior to arrival I received a text letting know he was en route. Kevin was right on time and efficiently and professionally completed the job. He has excellent customer service skills. Extremely happy with the service and results.
