It was a mistake selecting Loadup to get my mattress and bed removed. I booked a week in advance and was assigned a loader about 2 days before the pickup day. They also ask you to pick a 4 hour window. Mine was 4-8PM. All good so far! On the day of the pick up, I am expected to be at home and cannot run any errands outside, because I am expecting them to come and do the job in a given window. The loader never contacted me until 7pm. Then I gave him a call. First, he was making excuses of why he couldn't come. Then he said he actually 'forgot' about the order and wanted to reschedule. Like what, you forgot about the job that you signed up for ?? I paid a hefty price for the service. For a company that asks you to pay the 100% of the price upfront, while booking, and before the job is done, shouldn't it get the job done on time??
I have called their support team and they rescheduled me for the next day. So, now I am still waiting for them to assign me a loader to pick up my stuff. I will update my review on how the whole story goes.
