The truck picking up my mattress called to say they would be in the area much earlier than expected. It was good timing. I had it outside and ready to go. The two men came, very nice, professional, and fast.
Already paid for online so all they had to do was grab it and put it in their truck. It literally took 4 minutes.
I confirmed that the mattress would be donated since it is in good shape,
And they will.
Very easy and simple and straightforward experience.
