LoadUp was scheduled to pickup & remove an old mattress between 8am-12pm this morning. I checked the status online at 7:30am just to make sure everything was on track and they had updated the estimated pickup time to 11am-12pm! I was relieved that I wouldn’t be trapped at home for half of the day and could take my dogs out for a long, relaxing walk. LoadUp called me around 10:30 to let me know that they were on the way. They arrived at 11:15am! 2 very nice men hauled away my old mattress. It didn’t take more than 10 minutes to do it either. So, to make a long story short, LoadUp said they would pickup & haul away an old mattress, they arrived on time, and they did a really good job!!! Oh yeah, the price was very reasonable too!
