Reuban and his father, Victor, were very courteous and professional and they took the needed time to make sure all items were carried out of the house carefully. They were able to load all items into their trailer and van with all items being very secure. Even though they arrived outside the given time frame they contacted me as to their ETA and again when they were less than 25 minutes away. Very pleased with choosing LoadUp.
