Tony and Phil were excellent! They were friendly & professional; very customer-service oriented. Not only did they set-up the adjustable bed and mattress, they made sure that it worked and we understood how to operate it. Also, even when "their order" didn't include removing the old mattress, they didn't hesitate to accommodate. Everything went off without a hitch. Thank you, Tony & Phil!!
