Jamal is amazing! He literally single-handedly, removed the washing machine from my home, taking care not to ding or hit any walls. He protected the stairs so that he wouldn't scratch them as he took the washing machine from the house. He was polite, respectful, and very professional! I highly recommend Load Up!!
