Excellent service from ordering to execution. The phone service representative Violet was super helpful, efficient and polite. The team who picked up the boxspring, Mario and Richard were on time, professional and efficient. They knew what they were doing and I liked the fact that they called ahead of time and gave me a narrower window so I didn’t have to wait around all day. Extremely helpful.
