Missed out on the 5th star because nobody asked about stairs when I was booking the pickup, and it cost an extra $20 afterwards for 2 flights of stairs.
Other than that, no complaints. Booking was easy. Michael (the driver) communicated really well. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. I would definitely use the service again, just would ask about extra charges!
