I was given a 4 hour window today for someone to be at my house, between 8 AM and Noon. When the 4 hour window passed and no one had shown up nor had anyone reached out to me, I made 2 calls to ask what was going on.
I was surprised when the second representative with whom I spoke basically told me that the 4 hour window was not a given and then he asked me if I could wait a little longer.
Apparently customer service is not a priority nor is there much respect for customer wait time.
