Anthony, our LoadUp person, was fantastic! Communicated with me throughout the day re arrival time, was efficient and thorough and extremely nice! And prior to this, LoadUp communicated with me clearly and thoroughly to arrange the appointment (which was for a new mattress/box spring setup and takeaway of old). Altogether, my experience w LoadUp was PERFECT. They did everything they said they’d do, when they said they’d do it, and they did it perfectly. Highly recommend!
