The loader/driver William was very professional and courteous, as were his two assistants. They arrived within the estimated time window and completed the load-out quickly. In my opinion, the LoadUp online process for scheduling the job was very straightforward and I appreciated the up-front pricing. Another plus for LoadUp was they were willing to remove the items from my 2nd floor walk-up apartment (for a $10 fee). Other companies I researched would only remove items from the 1st floor (with no option to service a 2nd floor apartment).
