Once arrived the moving team worked quickly and was courteous. However, I was disappointed with the lack of communication during the four hour window for pick up. I had not heard from anyone during the window. With 30 minutes left, I called your customer service and after checking she informed me that the moving team would arrive right at the end of the window, which I found frustrating. I suggest a shorter window, perhaps two hours, would be more customer friendly, and also furnish update early in the window about the actual expected pick up time. Movers should wear show protection to avoid leaving dirt, leaves, grime on floors.
