Placed my order so for them to pick up a Full sized mattress between 9 am - 12pm. LoadUp didn't arrive until 3:30 pm. Once they were there, it was relatively easy, but it was only a single item that needed to be picked up, so I wasn't expecting that part to be very difficult.
