The customer service was very good, however I was given multiple times for when my items would be picked up. I had originally scheduled it for 12-4PM. I received a call at 10:45 saying the driver would be there in 30 mins. I rushed over to get the stuff ready & waited until after 12. A truck drove by without stopping & I received a call saying that my items were too big. The driver hadnt even stopped to look at them! Then I was told he would be there by 1:45. At 2:05 I called again & was told he wouldn’t be there until 3:15. The rep told me to just leave the stuff outside so I didn’t have to keep waiting. She promised it would be picked up that day. However, I received an email the next day saying that someone would pick up my stuff. It finally happened but I almost paid a fine for leaving it outside overnight. Please, honor your time frames, don’t tell the customer the driver will be there soon when in reality, the driver is two hours away & if the driver can’t pick it up that same day, TELL THE CUSTOMER.
