We were supposed to get a call 30 minutes in advance to let us know when they were going to arrive. The call never came, so we were surprised when we walked out on the porch later in the day to discover that the item had been picked up!
It's frustrating enough to be given a 4-hour window for these kinds of services. That they can't even bother take communicate within that time frame shows a lack of consideration for the value of our time.
