They missed their pick-up window, so I called customer service. Although the customer service rep was very nice he said "Did you book this pickup on the web site? If so, the site doesn't know the availability of drivers, so the date and time it gives you aren't valid"
So now I have a couch sitting in my front yard, in a thunderstorm getting soaking wet, that my HOA is already calling me about.
Not a great first impression.
