I had a window from 8-12. my drivers did not show up until 3:30!!!! When I contacted the company they had such a cavalier attitude. I assume because they already had my money. When the drivers showed up ,they were in a small pick up truck. one of the drivers had on flip flops{??) I got no explanation for the long wait I'm telling everyone I know not to use this service!!!.EVER!!!! Oh ..they only gave me 7 dollars off for the inconvenience. Never again!!!!
