I had a pick up scheduled on a Saturday between 8am and 12pm. When I had heard nothing from LoadUp by 12:30pm, I called customer service to check in. The representative, without apology, informed me that my pick-up could not be completed as the company failed to secure a drive the day before and that they discovered this failure after the time they stop calling customers. Despite the clear mistake and poor customer service from LoadUp, another pick-up time was not offered until Tuesday and a discount for the inconvenience was refused. I would not recommend this company due to both their poor performance and terrible customer service.
