Placed an order on 28/11/20 and the money left my account on the same date. I haven’t received an order confirmation and I haven’t received my order almost 4 weeks later.
I have attempted to contact the company with no success and I now I am extremely concerned that I won’t receive the order in time for Christmas or whether I’ll actually receive it at all!
I am furious!
