The Inverness store and Mandy in particular are getting my 5stars.
Main office customer services absolutely useless, promise you delivery in 3-5days but of course that never happened!! Numerous phone calls an emails later no sign of my trousers so in desperation I went into my local store where Mandy sorted it out in two minutes!!!
Would I order online again? No chance, if it’s not in store I will just find something else.
