Placed an order checking both items were in stock. Then realised I could just collect from my local store.
So went to my local store within 2 hours of the order been placed.
The store assistant was very good but even she looked shocked when not only was she told the order could not be changed but management had instructed staff not to issue any refunds until the New Year. (Order placed Boxing day)
I rang the online staff myself and was just fobbed off. They claimed they had no means of offering refunds! Really?
Since then only one item has been delivered.
