Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache!
I returned a large order in September as delays in dispatch and processing meant that the items did not arrive in time for when they were needed. It took 6 weeks for the refund to be processed despite several emails to customer service. I was fobbed off a few times saying that PayPal returns take longer, although this doesn't seem to be an issue for other companies I have had to return items to.
I asked that this was looked into by a manager because I felt that this was unacceptable. I was offered a £15 voucher as apology and compensation for being messed around, I have sent 2 emails to chase the voucher (which again I feel should not be necessary!) and it has still not arrived.
This is company that does not care about it's customers.
