Ordered numerous items but then received emails stating some items out of stock so told them to cancel entire order.
Request ignored and items started arriving weekly and despite numerous emails for them to stop they are still continuing to arrive.
Made complaint and told to return and would get refund in 14 days but they refused to arrange collection for return despite their error.
When they are in touch via social media or email it is always an automated email and if you try to ring help line automated message states it is not manned.
