Had a small query with a three for two item when I didn’t receive the third item. After multiple emails to their customer services I requested a copy of their complaints procedure. Guess what, I’m told they don’t have one and that customer services decide if an issue should be escalated. So customer service are judge and jury on any issue you raise, hence their poor customer service goes unchallenged. For me life’s to short to try and fix their poor customer service but I wish them good luck in the future looking for employment as this business model will fail.
