I returned a pair of lovely Keen women's boots today. I bought them in August 2020 and recently noticed they were coming apart. I didn't have my receipt after this time. But, I asked if they held a record of my purchases (I have a discount card), they looked for me. I was offered a no quibble exchange., the staff at Sheffield were fantastic. Sadly no Keen boots in my size but picked out an alternative.
